Enrollment Guide
Enroll a student in six steps — no account needed to start.
Getting Started
Open /enroll, or click "Start Enrollment" from the club's public page. The wizard walks you through six steps. You do not need an account to begin — one is created for the guardian when you submit.
Step-by-Step Wizard
Step 1: Select Location
Choose the club location you want to enroll at. Each location shows its address and the offerings available there.
Step 2: Select Offering Type

Step 3: Select a Class or Camp
Pick the class that matches your schedule and level. The wizard shows live availability for the location. If you chose a camp, pick the camp instead — camps have their own dates, fee, and registration page.
A camp may ask extra questions during registration, either once per family or once per camper (for example, T-shirt size or pickup details). Answer any required question to continue.
Step 4: Student Information
Add each student's first name, last name, date of birth, and experience level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). Date of birth is used for age-appropriate class matching. Use "+ Add Another Student" to enroll siblings in one session.
Step 5: Guardian Information
Enter the parent or guardian's first name, last name, email address, and optional phone number. If you already have an account, sign in to fill this in automatically.
A child under 13 cannot hold their own login. They are added as a child on the guardian's account. An older athlete can sign in with their own account.
Step 6: Review & Confirm
Review the summary: each student, the location, the offering, the class or camp, and the guardian. Submit to complete the enrollment.
After Enrollment
What Happens Next
You receive a confirmation email with a link to set your password and sign in. The club reviews the enrollment, and you get another email when the spot is confirmed. After that, the schedule, coach details, invoices, and lesson credits are in your dashboard and mobile app.
Check your spam folder if the confirmation email does not arrive. The link in it is how you set your password.
How Camps Are Paid
Each camp chooses how families pay: online at registration, at the front desk (register now and pay later), or your choice of either. The registration page only offers the options the camp allows. If the club takes payment at the front desk, you can still expect a payment link by email later if the camp switches to online payment.
If the Class is Full
When a class is at capacity and the club uses waitlists, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you are notified and can accept or decline it.
Tips
