Terms of Service

The service

KeltiOS is club management software: scheduling, memberships, enrollment, attendance, billing, communications, competitions, and reporting for sports clubs.

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Who can use KeltiOS

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create a club account. Accounts on behalf of an athlete under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the athlete's behalf.

If you use KeltiOS through a club, your use is also governed by that club's own rules and agreements.

Your account and security

• •Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• •Keep your password and any device sign-in (including Face ID or Touch ID) secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• •You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Use KeltiOS lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not:

• •Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful.
• •Try to access another club's or another person's data that you are not permitted to see.
• •Interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• •Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• •Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows.

Clubs' responsibilities

If you administer a club on KeltiOS, you are responsible for the information you and your staff enter; for obtaining any consents needed from members and guardians; for how your staff use the system; and for collecting and keeping waivers and medical information in line with your own legal and safety obligations.

Trials, fees, and payment

Some clubs offer a free trial. A trial has no cost and no automatic obligation, but access ends when the trial period or class allowance ends.

Paid plans, memberships, and invoices are billed through Stripe. Amounts, billing frequency, and any refund policy are set by your club (for members) or agreed with us (for clubs) at signup. Failed payments may result in suspension of access, and any limitation of liability below applies to the maximum extent the law allows.

Communications and notifications

The service sends transactional messages — enrollment confirmations, receipts, reminders, and notifications. You can manage notification preferences in the app. Some service and security messages are required and cannot be turned off.

Your content and our intellectual property

You and your club keep ownership of the information and content you put into KeltiOS. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it so we can run the service for you.

We own the KeltiOS software, design, and trademarks. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party services

KeltiOS relies on third parties such as our hosting, database, payments, email, and e-signature providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Not medical, legal, or safety advice

KeltiOS is a management tool. It does not provide medical, legal, insurance, or safety advice, and it is not an emergency service. Waivers, medical information, and club decisions remain the club's responsibility. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service.

When an account is closed, we handle the information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless the law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
